if for no other reason than to stop the maddening political message phone calls i get 246 times a day.

i'm sick

and it's no wonder with all the running around i've had to do this past week and weekend.

i am parked on the sofa, dog at my feet, hot tea on the table and i'm searching the guide for something entertaining (but not too entertaining) to watch til the medicine kicks in and i have no choice but to crawl into bed.

looks like tomorrow will be a very low key recovery sort of day.

do you have any home remedies that work wonders on congestion, a sore throat, sneezing and a runny nose?

or perhaps a nanny you can live without for a day?
